Product offers, valid dates and participating events are subject to change without notice. Selection may vary by in-store and online availability. While supplies last, no substitutions and no rain checks issued. All special request are accepted at the sole discretion of the owner and creator. We strive to respond to all professional communications within 24 to 48 business hours. We ship anywhere in the Unites States. All US based orders for in-stock and available items are shipped within 5-7 business days not including the weekends via USPS. IF you are local in the Greensboro triad area, the option to pick up is available and you will be notified by email and text message when the order is ready for pick up. ** Please note CUSTOM UNIQUE KREATIONZ pieces are made to order with payment and therefore may take longer than our Designer Pick options. Refund Policy
At Unique Kreationz, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our custom accessories and event decor and planning services. Because each piece is tailored to your unique vision, we have established clear guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure a transparent experience for all our clients.
We hold a NO REFUND or NO EXCHANGES policy. Custom items, including personalized fans, hats, tumblers, and event-specific decor, are ineligible for returns or exchanges once production has begun. We encourage a thorough review of design proofs during the approval process to ensure every detail matches your expectations.
SALES TAX
Unique Kreationz is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to specific states and regions. The applicable tax amount will be calculated based on the shipping address provided during checkout and will be clearly displayed in your order summary before completion. These taxes are included in the No Refund policy.

How do I place a Custom Kreationz order?
We prioritize your creative vision. If you're looking for a custom item not shown in our online store, please contact us directly at uniquekreationz@gmail.com or 743-236-6968.
A design consultation with our designer is required to review your vision. Deposit or full payment is also required to start and/or complete your custom design project. You're welcome to bring in, email or ship your blank canvas for your customization once your consultation is complete and payment is agreed upon.
What is the Refund Policy for custom items?
Due to the bespoke nature of our creative products, all custom-made items are final sale. For event planning deposits, please refer to your specific service agreement for cancellation and partial refund timelines.
Can I pick up my order if I'm local?
ORDER PICKUP:
You will be notified by email or text message when your order or custom kreation is complete. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of notification due to high volume of orders. If you are unable to pick up in person, we reserve the right to utilize our traditional order process shipping method through the USPS. Shipping fees apply. Order pick up location will be provided once agreed upon.
